You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use batgee. Age is verified via CNIC during registration. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the verified payment source.
Each verified identity may hold only one batgee account. Duplicate accounts detected through CNIC verification, payment method matching, or device fingerprinting will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture.
All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers on batgee are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by batgee.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. batgee reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between batgee ("the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the batgee website located at batgee.org and any associated mobile application or platform interface (collectively, "the Service").
1.2 By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the batgee Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the batgee Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
1.3 These Terms are available in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

1.5 These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and are effective from that date for all new and existing accounts.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the batgee Service. batgee strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification via CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) during the registration process. No account will be activated without confirmed age compliance.
2.2 CNIC Verification. You are required to submit a valid CNIC or such other identity document as batgee may request in order to verify your identity, age, and elig ibility. batgee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by batgee may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restriction.
2.3 Residency & Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. batgee makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Access to batgee from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.
2.4 Single Account Rule. You may hold only one registered account on batgee. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
2.5 Registration Accuracy. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must not share your login details with any third party. batgee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify batgee immediately via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. batgee will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon verified notification.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. batgee reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. batgee offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. While 2FA is optional, it is strongly recommended to protect your PKR balance and account integrity. batgee accepts no liability for unauthorised access where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your batgee account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a closure request is made in conjunction with a responsible gaming concern, batgee will process the request as a self-exclusion in addition to account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. batgee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and inter-bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batgee does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed on the platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your batgee wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within two to four hours, subject to the processing schedules of the issuing bank.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a batgee transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter through batgee's customer support process constitutes a breach of these Terms. batgee reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds pending resolution of any disputed transaction.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. batgee may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the platform at the time the offer is active.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry timeframe are stated in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by batgee. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding transaction is reflected in your account history. batgee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion.
6.2 Odds & Market Changes. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly. batgee is not liable for any discrepancy between odds displayed during navigation and those applied at the point of bet confirmation.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to your batgee wallet at the original stake amount.
6.4 PSL & Cricket Markets. batgee offers extensive coverage of Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and international cricket. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, batgee's decision following consultation with official data providers is final.
6.5 Maximum Payout. Bet payouts across all sports markets are subject to the maximum payout limits published on the platform. Where winnings on a single event exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds applied.
6.6 Minimum Stake. Minimum stake amounts per bet are as stated on the platform and may vary by market and event type.
7.1 Game Availability. batgee's casino game library, including live dealer games, video slots, and fishing titles, is provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
7.2 RTP & Fairness. All casino games available on batgee use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures overseen by trained dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel.
7.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, batgee's system will complete the round using the applicable game logic. The result of the completed round will be reflected in your account history. batgee is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

7.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, glitch, or technical error, batgee reserves the right to void any affected rounds and refund stakes. 8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batgee platform:

9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within the account dashboard. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
9.3 Session Time Limits. Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
9.4 Cooling-Off Periods. Players may apply a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which account login and betting functionality will be suspended. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
9.5 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take an extended break from gaming may apply for full self-exclusion. 11.1 All content on the batgee platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the property of batgee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batgee Service for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any platform content without the prior written consent of batgee.
11.3 The batgee name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batgee's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 batgee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

Where termination is initiated by batgee without cause on your part, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which batgee's international gaming licence is issued.

14.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
